Whether you're coming alone, as a couple, or bringing your teenager — we have a path for you. Every service is trauma-informed, relational, and shaped around your story.
Life can quietly accumulate weight — old wounds, anxious patterns, a creeping sense that something important is out of reach. Individual therapy gives you a dedicated space to slow down, understand what's driving your experience, and start shifting it.
We don't work from a script. Each session responds to where you are that week — which might mean processing something painful, exploring a relationship pattern, or simply being witnessed without judgment. We draw from EMDR, IFS, somatic work, and CBT depending on what's most useful for you.
Every couple develops patterns. Some are loving and sustaining. Others, over time, become walls — cycles of withdrawal, criticism, or disconnection that both partners feel trapped inside. Couples therapy helps you see those patterns clearly and, together, build something different.
We work with couples at every stage: newlyweds building strong foundations, long-term partners in need of repair, and couples navigating the question of whether to stay. Our Gottman-trained and EFT-informed approach is practical, emotionally focused, and always respectful of both people in the room.
Adolescence is its own kind of pressure — academic demands, social anxiety, identity questions, family tension, and a world that moves faster than anyone can process. Teens often don't lack insight; they lack a space to use it without fear of judgment or consequence.
Our teen therapists create low-pressure environments where young people can actually exhale. We don't report back to parents unless there's a safety concern. We follow the teen's lead, work with their strengths, and help them build the emotional vocabulary and self-trust that serves them for life.
AEye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is one of the most extensively researched trauma therapies available. It works by helping the brain reprocess disturbing memories so they lose their emotional charge — without requiring you to talk about them endlessly or relive them in detail.
EMDR uses bilateral stimulation (typically eye movements or tapping) to help the brain complete the processing it wasn't able to finish at the time of the trauma. Over time, the memory remains, but the pain attached to it significantly diminishes. Many clients describe it as life-changing — especially those who felt "stuck" after years of talk therapy.
All of our services are available via secure video. Many clients find that telehealth removes barriers they didn't even know were there — no commute, no waiting room, no need to compose yourself before walking back into the world after a vulnerable session.
We use a HIPAA-compliant platform that works on any device. You'll receive a private link before each session. Setup takes less than five minutes. Research consistently shows that telehealth therapy is as effective as in-person for most presentations — and for many clients, it's actually preferable.
When worry, racing thoughts, or constant pressure make it difficult to feel present, therapy can help. Together, we'll explore the underlying causes of your anxiety, develop practical coping strategies, and build tools that help you feel calmer, more grounded, and better equipped to handle life's challenges.
Traumatic experiences can leave lasting effects on how we think, feel, and relate to others. Through a trauma-informed approach, we'll create a safe space to process difficult experiences, reduce the impact of trauma symptoms, and help you move toward healing, resilience, and a greater sense of control.
If you're feeling stuck, disconnected, overwhelmed, or struggling to find joy in daily life, you don't have to face it alone. Therapy can help you better understand your emotions, identify patterns that may be contributing to your struggles, and reconnect with hope, purpose, and meaningful change.
Healthy relationships require trust, understanding, and effective communication. Whether you're experiencing recurring conflicts, emotional distance, or difficulty expressing your needs, we'll work together to strengthen connection, improve communication, and build healthier relationship patterns.
Major life changes can bring uncertainty, stress, and unexpected emotional challenges. Whether you're navigating a career change, becoming a parent, ending a relationship, moving to a new place, or entering a new stage of life, therapy can provide support, clarity, and guidance during times of transition.
Your relationship with yourself influences every area of your life. Therapy can help you explore questions of identity, challenge self-critical beliefs, build confidence, and develop a stronger sense of self-worth that aligns with your values and goals.
